"Add custom connector" is missing, or adding one fails

Two of Anthropic's own rules cause most of this, and neither one is a broken server. On a free Claude account you get one custom connector at a time, so an existing one has to come off before Senvi goes on. On Team and Enterprise plans, only an Owner can add one, so this is a message to send to whoever owns the workspace rather than something you can fix from your own seat.

The browser approval finished and nothing happened

Go back to Connect your agent and read the line near the top, the one that reports your own account. If it says Senvi is connected, then the connection is fine and the missing piece is on the client side. Most clients need Senvi switched on per chat or per project before its tools show up.

My agent connected but does not know what Senvi is

Most clients read the instructions Senvi sends the moment they connect. A few ignore them, and then your agent has a connection it does not know what to do with. Paste the instructions in by hand and it will.

Sign in to load the setup prompt. Most clients get these instructions from the server on connect, so few readers need it.

My agent says it cannot fetch a session

If your agent says the problem is your plan, take it at face value. Billing is where that gets sorted. If the refusal is about how often you are asking, wait a moment and ask again. Those limits are there to keep the server answering for everyone, and they are set well above anything one person does in a week.

I want to disconnect

Use Disconnect in your Senvi settings. It takes effect straight away rather than at the end of some window. The code that serves a session re-checks whether the credential was revoked inside the same transaction that would have answered, so an agent holding a revoked credential gets nothing back.

The approval page asks me to sign in

That is expected. The page cannot ask whether you allow something before it knows who you are. Sign in and the approval picks up where it left off.
